Thus giving you silent flight.In 2006 they started working on the SAX-40 trying to attain silent flight.Maybe you saw the prototype.Gliders and hang gliders are two different things, planes without engines still look very much like a regular single engine aircraft.To make it legal it would need lights, such as a beacon , strobe , taxi , and navigation lights.
