Dorris Homola: let me tell you, for years I was in strings of abusive and violent relationships with men, sanctity? There was no sanctity in those relationships! Until finally I met my girlfriend who showed me wat sanctity was... although yes you do miss the dick I have never had a more tender and passionate lover... and I am proud to say we are very happy newlyweds and expecting our first baby!

Theresia Fashaw: Sanctity of marriage... Marriage was made a sacrament so the church could refuse to allow priests to marry, so they could grab a priest's property when he died--no legit heirs. The "sanctity" of marriage in the christian religion was based on greed.

Lauri Ohl: I honestly don't see how it would. The only way to ruin the importance or '! holiness' of marriage or any relationship is if the people in the relationship disrespect their own relationship. If a 'traditional marriage' is done because you love someone and want to be with them, then how is a same sex couple who love each other and want to get married ruining anything.And some people like to bring up the procreation issue: "you get married, you have a relationship so you can make families and make babies". Well what about men and women that are infertile, they can't make babies just like a same sex couple can't, yet they can get married. I don't know if that helped at all lol...Show more
