sleepy after work out in the fitness?

Karey Dunken: its infe to take a nap... also get lots of nutrition just after a fitness workout... i take half a litre of milk and lots of bananas after my fitness exercise.... and please be wary of doing fitness at noon time... its a lil taxing on the body at that time and that should be avoided.. have fun

Jeff Frizzell: A morning workout is preferred but you are doing it at noon is also not bad, but try it before lunch.When body gets tired it will ask for rest. So 30 min. sleep is not bad.
