Is there more to do in Vegas then gamble?

Dorine Nurre: Every hotel casino has a plain old bar that is fun

Rolanda Merritt: Actually, I DON'T recommend any gambling in Vegas. There are WAY too many shows to see.Save the gambling for a closer casino.

Branden Round: mandarin bar and petrossian at bellagio, high-end but not over the top. Otherwise MGM has a few new bars which are affordable and really geared to the young crowds.

Phillip Modafferi: I'm going w my friends to vegas we're mid 20s and wanna party hard. But we are only going for the weekend ...what places do u recommend?

Booker Moros: Try these.. Hopefully one will work for you.

Dan Seen: gee thats a long way away

Jimmie Doerfler: Yeah there is definitely more to do then just gamble it is just pretty much the home of gambling!! Look it up on the internet.

Lon Pennington: penal complex, Juvenile antisocial, I 've seen around downtown Vegas determining on up rubbish from the line/gutters/empty plenty. Your no longe! r in basic terms underage playing you would be trespassing to.

Georgianna Zollo: go watch a show, enjoy the rides of the stratosphere, enjoy the view of las vegas by a ballon or a chopper, be like a kid in circus circus,...

Sonya Volcko: At the Cosmo center bar. Huge chandelier. The SouthPoint. Far away from other casinos. Need taxi or car rental. Center bar. Fully lit. Not dark.Dark bar Binions at Downtown....Show more

Fritz Sisomphou: PURE, TAO, Prive, Bank...those are my top picks :)Try to get your tickets ahead of time because these lines can wrap around the building. You can get your tickets on discount ticket sites or even from the nightclubs directly. Alot of them offer "front of the line" passes...where you don't have to wait and can get in. I would recommend those, for SURE! Don't want to waste your time outside the club when you could already be in!...Show more

Hal Palowoda: There are not many. The average age in most of those places is lik! e 22-25. The music sucks, and is catered to younger people mos! tly. Most older people realize that the clubs are overpriced and all about image. I tired them a little back in my early 20s and briefly liked them, but then when I hit my late 20s realized they are not really worth the wait or cost. The older crowds generally are at the bars, and there is wide range of ages. Places like Carnival Court, Kahunaville ect ect./...Show more

Janeen Perona: I've been to Vegas many times and I rarely gamble. There's just something about stepping off that plane, breathing that desert air and feeling completely relaxed. They don't call it Disneyland for Adults for nothing- the hotels are spectacular, each one a tourist attraction, with lots of entertainment besides gambling. Just walking the strip and taking in the sights is fun! Downtown, there's a great light show on Freemont Street every night. And you never know what great entertainers you can catch when you're in town! You can rent a car relatively inexpensively and travel out to Hoover Da! m, take a cruise on Lake Mead, head into the desert where the burros come right up to your car window so you can feed them sugar cubes. And the very best part- Vegas has no clocks!...Show more

Gaynell Pizzaro: Harrah's carnaval court is great with live music and flair bartenders

Raul Tllo: Please tell me about the late evening buses from LA, Burbank to Las Vegas. Where do I search? I searched Greyhound, they do not have anything in the evening..

Ileen Oshell: Skip the clubs, go to the rowdy bars. They are ALOT more fun and less pricey.Carinval Court, Kahunavilla, and many others. Live music, cheap yard drinks, and a more laid back crowd looking to have fun.

Efren Clankscales: sightseeing and food.

Marhta Teahan: Me and wife are going next week. We are in are mid-twenties and are looking for some fun bars to hang out at. No clubs. We are on a limited budget, so n! ot $500 bottle service places. Any ideas?

Raelene Cunnick: There are shows at every casino. Celine Dione has sang in Las Vegas almost every night for years. Here is a list of them: http://www.lasvegastickets.com/Also, the Hoover Dam at Lake Meade is quite a sight to see. It's not too far outside of Las Vegas. The casinos offer more than gambling. They usually are built around a theme. Like The Venetian has an Italian theme. There are lots of hotel casinos like this: http://www.vegas.com/resorts/...Show more

Alden Sabio: I hardly ever gamble and I still have lots of fun in Vegas. There is a great nightlife: restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shows, etc. That's what I usually go for. I gamble a bit, here and there, but not much. Also, if you want to do the whole "tourist" thing, you can walk around and take pictures of the "sights". Ooooohhhh...the Eiffel Tower. A pyramid. Big deal. However, the aquarium at Mandalay Bay is pretty damn cool. When I first went t! o see it I was skeptical and thinking: "This had better be worth the pr! ice." It was fun though. If you are willing to drive a bit, there is Hoover Dam outside Vegas. And some other natural areas with great hiking, geology, nature, etc....Show more

Luana Carothers: There is lots to do...1. shop (I know girls that go there from LA to clothes shop) - boooring2. lots of entertainment (shows and such), but they are very expensive per ticket3. dance clubsPlus, if you get off the Strip, there are more everyday things to do. Without knowing what you like to do (maybe dwarf tossing is your kind of thing), it's tough to recommend anything.People that live in Vegas don't go to the Strip. It's for tourists and people that work there. If you look online, you'll be able to find anything you're looking for....Show more

Shad Bushweller: LA/El Paso xpress

Evelin Turlich: try http://www.amtrak.comhave fun!

Madlyn Fallis: Try Amtrak; beats Greyhound hands-down.

Ofelia Kieck: A lot of wives just go for :1. the shows2. the food3. sig! htseeing4. the day spa at the Venetian Hotel...

Isaias Badgley: Go see a show. Take the helecopter ride over the city. Drive to Henderson or Bullhead City.
