What to look for in a car?

Karie Mavle: Hondas, toyotas are very reliable. don't get used german cars (luxury cars), they are a pain in the a** to maintain after they have been used for 5 years or so. also, don't forget that every 5 years a new car must get a large maintenance, so don't buy anything that's been out for 4 years, for example.mazdas tend to have bad engines, depending on which type you get.

Coleman Senn: Look for how many miles are on the car, also look for a car that's not very rusty-i mean nothing's wrong with rust, it's just when you buy a car you expect it to be in pretty good condition. Hope you find what you're looking for =)

Mack Ukich: My brother gave me this advice on buying a used car. 1,check the interior of a car,if the seats are in good shape than it is a good chance that the car was not abused.2,Don't be taken back by a clean engine, you may need to bring a mechanic with you, some used car dealers know alot of tricks. ! 3,If you can get a vin# on the car you could check to see the cars history in terms of accidents. 4,Get some type of warranty most dealers give you 30 days, and you may need more than that. Other than that you just have to have the mind set that you are buying a used car and anything could happen....Show more

Ermelinda Stalnaker: the hot color is what i look in a car also the price has to be good

Gordon Showes: *Performance: Can it do what you need done?*Comfortability: Are you enjoying the ride?*Style: Can you see yourself driving that car?*Safety: Does it meet your standards?*Overall: Is it what you would love to call yours? *These are the 5 tips to decide what you want....Show more

Tijuana Tatsak: I sold cars for 6 years....if you dont want a lemon....you want something reliable....good gas mil! eage.......GET a HONDA!!!!!!Go to a honda dealer and get a cer! tified used one!!!!! They come with 100,000 mile warranty and everything on the car has to be in good order!!

Mahalia Brindle: Honda Is The Complete Package, Period.

Jamika Gregorio: it all depends on your price range. You say your just looking for transportation so I'm assume you don't have alot. Also how long do you plan on keeping the car.If you only can afford say $5,000 or so that's not gonna get you a Honda or Toyota,Unless you make payments. So I would say take any other advice you can get and keep your fingers crossed. good luck.

Kizzy Hett: mileage engine radio lol jk
