Roland Stampley: Hi there!You cannot obtain a motorcycle permit without obtaining one for regular vehicles as well, the way it works is that a motorcycle endorsement is added to a regular drivers permit/license. The test you take for a motorcycle drivers permit is also a build up on the regular test, it does not ask you questions on regular driving rules, only those rules that are specific to motorcyclists. And yes, you can obtain both permits on the same day (as I mentioned, it will be one permit with a motorcycle endorsement on it). Good luck!...Show more
